Poltergeist

Poltergeist is an exciting roller coaster located at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio. Poltergeist is one of 4 "spaghetti-bowl" coasters in the United States. Its clone, Joker's Jinx is located at Six Flags America in Maryland. Spaghetti bowl coasters are defined by their twisting tracks. Featuring multiple sharp turns and inversions, the compact design certainly ups the ante as far as thrills are concerned. Poltergeist utilizes a LIM (linear induction motor) launching system as opposed to a traditional lift hill. Riders are shot out of the station house and reach speeds of 60 mph within seconds.

Poltergeist is a wild and exciting ride for anyone looking for serious thrills.

Welcome/Titan

Welcome to the blog everybody! As a huge fan of roller coasters, I decided to make a blog that would discuss different theme parks, roller coasters, and rumors about the industry! For my first post, I want to talk about one of my very favorite roller coasters: Titan!

Titan is located at Six Flags over Texas in Arlington, TX (about 30 minutes from downtown Dallas & Ft. Worth). This amazing coaster is the tallest and fastest in Texas at 255 feet tall and 85 mph. The most stunning element Titan is the first drop. The lift hill offers a nice view of Rangers Stadium and the brand new Dallas Cowboys stadium, as well. This is a great coaster  for anyone who loves to go fast, but doesn't necessarily like the thought of going upside down. Titan is a hypercoaster with an atypical out-and-back layout. If you like speed, then this is the coaster for you!
